CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR
MANCHESTER
A reputable full service law firm are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their established property team in their Manchester office.
The successful candidate will have be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE and experience dealing with a varied caseload.
The role will involve handling your own caseload as well as managing a team so supervisory experience would be desirable.
The firm deal with a variety of residential conveyancing matters so you'll be dealing with a mixed caseload including complex matters. You will be dealing with sales & purchases, leases, shared ownership, enfranchisement and new builds.
