A top tier firm is seeking a real estate paralegal to join its growing Preston team.
The firm, which sits within the top 100, is highly accredited and awarded, with multiple offices and a host of staff who cumulatively hold a wealth of expertise. The position will be based within the Preston team as it continues to grow to meet demand, and the firm offers highly competitive salaries as well as a very attractive benefits package.
The role of real estate paralegal is a dynamic one offering exposure to various areas of property law, but the work will predominantly be commercial leasehold and freehold disposals, commercial property acquisitions and there will also be an element of landlord and tenant work on a more general scale.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience as a property paralegal, or have two years' post qualification experience. This is a position suitable to a highly ambitious individual who is keen to develop their skills by learning from some of the best solicitors in the North West and to expand their experience to include more commercial property work. Experience in commercial property is absolutely necessary to hit the ground running in this exciting opportunity, and the client is eager to see dynamic, tenacious candidates whose enthusiasm for the firm and the role match the quality of their experience to date.
