My client is a Medico - Legal Practice and is privately owned, the company are instructed by leading law firms in both the North West and London and work for both Claimants and Defendants, the firm have a large caseload and the team consists of Solicitors, Paralegals and a team of assistants
Purpose of the Role
The role is to assist the team and the owner of the company whilst providing high level legal and administrative support.
Responsibilities
The role involves both assessing and undertaking all aspects of work within the lifecycle of a case, from a pre-case enquiries and preparations of new reports, through ongoing casework and conferences to file closures. The Role will require the ability to work independently to a high standard, including undertaking complex legal analysis.
