Interim Legal Counsel (NQ - 1PQE)

Your new company

An international management consultancy business specialising in transformational and integral consulting in people and process safety, coaching and leadership. My client is currently looking to recruit an NQ - 1 PQE Legal Counsel on a 3 month interim assignment.

Your new role

Working alongside Legal Counsel in the UK with a dotted line to the US-based General Counsel, you will assist with corporate compliance, company law and regulatory matters covering company operations globally in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. You will provide input and assistance in reviewing and assessing local and international compliance laws in the countries in which it operates and in the development of compliance procedures, policies and processes. You will also assist with negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements covering a broad scope of the business' client offerings and vendor relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified solicitor in the UK and/or other Commonwealth jurisdiction, with 0-1 year PQE in private practice or in a leading in house team. You will be proactive, self-managing and demonstrate confidence in your ability to advise on compliance, company secretarial and commercial matters. You will also be someone who can work collaboratively with different functional groups, time zones and cultures.
