Company Secretary

Are you an experienced company secretary from a corporate services background? Would you like to leverage your company secretarial skills but also take on some business development responsibilities?

My client, a well-established firm with a particular strength in company secretarial services, is looking to bring on board a client-facing company secretary to provide technical support as well as managing their key accounts. Alongside business development responsibilities, the role will include statutory compliance work, such as company formations, name changes, share transactions and upkeep of statutory registers.

This role would be suitable for someone with relevant industry experience, preferably with ICSA qualifications and some experience in a corporate services provider along with a good technical knowledge of company secretarial practice.
