Job Details
The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Property Solicitor for their growing Bristol office.
The firm has a wealth of expertise in Residential Property. They deal with a mix of work, a substantial amount of which is high end, bespoke work. The firm has a strong reputation in Plot Sales. You will join a busy growing department, dealing with sales of freehold and leaseholds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, plot sales and lease extensions.
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with between NQ - 4 years PQE
- You will have experience of running your own caseload
- Experience in Plot Sales will be to advantage
- You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
- Good prospects for progression
- Salary up to £45k, plus excellent benefits
