The firm acts for publicly listed and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity clients, as well as other business enterprises involved in large and complex UK and cross-border matters and transactions.

Due to department growth, the firm is seeking to hire a new Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join their City of London base.
They deal with a broad range of work; leveraged finance is a large part of what they do. They also have a strong offering in state finance, fund finance, and corporate lending. Some areas are more borrower focused with others being more lender based. The firm is reactive and quick to adapt to the more lucrative transactions. The firm has such strong relationships with lenders that at any one time several Lawyers will be on secondments at various banks. You will deal with a high-quality, but a broad range of Real Estate Finance work.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with between 3-8 years PQE
• You will have solid Real Estate Finance experience, working for a UK based City, West End or Regional heavyweight
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail and ambition to want to progress
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is essential
