The firm acts for publicly listed and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity clients, as well as other business enterprises involved in large and complex UK and cross-border matters and transactions.

Due to department growth, the firm is seeking to hire a new Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join their City of London base.

This first-rate team have gained a formidable reputation advising, in particular, financial buyers and corporates on the financing aspects of M&A transactions, both public and private and in both the UK and overseas. You will deal with a sizeable amount of sponsor side work, but also some lender side.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Leveraged Finance Lawyer with between 1-4 years PQE
• You will have solid sponsor side leveraged finance experience, working for a UK based City, West End or Regional heavyweight
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail and ambition to want to progress
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is essential
