LEASEHOLD ENFRANCHISEMENT LAWYER

We are an established legal firm with an excellent reputation looking to recruit an Enfranchisement Lawyer for our Worthing Office. We act for both freeholders and leaseholders across the South East and can offer a wide and interesting spectrum of work in a modern and friendly environment. We are building a strong reputation and require the right person to help take this forward.

This role is either full time or on a consultancy basis. You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor with at least 6 months experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement. You will have good experience of working independently but we can offer support from a Senior Partner for less experienced candidates.

You will deal with your own case-load of leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.

Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential. Full time Salary is £30,000-£50,000 depending on experience. Consultancy terms are negotiable.
