£30,000-£40,000
Clinical Negligence Solicitor - An international, Legal 500 firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced clinical negligence solicitor, to join their well-established team. The role would see you dealing with a broad range of clinical negligence matters, as part of a driven firm based in Manchester. Day to day, you would be handling a varied caseload of defendant matters.
The Role
* Handling a broad defendant clinical negligence caseload.
* Day to day, the role will see you drafting pleadings and witness statements, conducting negotiations, acting as primary contact, as well as advising junior fee earners.
The Candidate
* You will have good experience within the clinical negligence arena.
* Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
* Strong background in running clinical negligence cases.
* Experience gained within an NHSLA or MDU panel firm would be advantageous.
