THE ROLE
The firm's City office is now looking to appoint an accomplished and talented corporate lawyer.
You'll be joining a team which advises corporates, financial institutions, private individuals, and governments both in the UK and internationally.
ABOUT YOU
With strong academics, and a track record with a major City or equivalent law firm, you will have at least 6pqe and be looking to move into a Senior Associate or Legal Director role.
Your experience will likely include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital markets.
