Job Details
Local law firm based on the Fylde Coast offering expert advice in many areas of law are currently seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Property and Commercial Department.
Initially a part-time role possibly leading to a full-time position in the near future. The package will include a rewarding bonus scheme.
The successful candidate will need to manager their own residential caseload from instruction through to exchange and completion, including high-value and complex sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages.
Must be used to working with minimal supervision whilst maintaining excellent standards of work. Team culture is very important to the firm and so seek dynamic applicants who are supportive, committed and professional, together with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
This role is open to Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
