Job Details
Are you a corporate solicitor, either at, or pushing for partnership in the Glasgow area?
If so then please do read on as I have a lead role available with one of Scotland's leading private practice firms. One that has proven it's commitment to the Scottish market and expanded several times into key areas in recent years. Whilst other firms shrank, or merged over the course of the downturn my client bucked the trend and continued developing itself as a leading legal firm throughout Scotland and beyond.
In this role, you will take point on continuing to grow a practice group throughout the west coast to bring the Glasgow office in line with other offices throughout Scotland.
The group is currently advises on the full remit of corporate work including M&A, banking & finance, restructuring, commercial contracts and other general corporate advice.
You will have a background encompassing most, if not all, of the aforementioned practice area and candidates with a client following are of particular interest.This should not be considered necessary however.
As this is a key role, which will involve the future planning and business development for this practice group, you will have demonstrable business development experience and a proven track record of building and supervising a team.
I appreciate that this will be a massive career move for any interested party, so please be assured that at this level the interview process will take several weeks.
