Agricultural Solicitor

Are you an Agricultural Solicitor looking to join one of the largest firms in East Yorkshire

As a 3 PQE+ Agricultural Property Solicitor, you will work independently on a variety of agricultural cases, managing your own caseload as well as supporting the team on more complex instructions.

Your caseload will include acquisitions and sales of farms, estates and land, property finance, restructuring of holdings, easements/utility and telecommunications leases, lettings, licenses and contract farming agreements.

You will be joining an established agricultural department of 11 specialist agricultural property solicitors, focused exclusively on agricultural law. They are recruiting to match the growing workload at their Beverley office.

This role offers an ambitious solicitor the potential to gain extensive agricultural property experience. You will be able to establish yourself and progress your career within a leading law firm in the North Humberside region. There is a real focus on progression for this role within the department and the office with potential to take a leading role in the department once you have proved yourself within the firm.

It is essential that you have a good understanding of agricultural law or commercial property law with exposure to agricultural property law. You will be joining a department that is looking to continue its growth, so business development will be required as part of your role.

The office is based in Beverley and is in the process of being revamped so when you join you will be working in an office that looks brand new, in a team that is looking to for someone that they can invest in.
