Locum contract - West Midlands – Immediate or ASAP start – £30-£35ph DOE – 3 months+
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well established team in the West Midlands on a locum basis to assist with an influx in workload.
Role description
The position will entail assuming responsibility for a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing files with focus on part exchange matters. You will be handling matters from initial instruction to completion and you will be provided with full secretarial assistance. The firm is hoping to appoint someone for an immediate start or as soon as possible at the beginning of June.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate which is negotiable and dependent on experience.
Candidate specification
The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with circa 5 - 10 years PQE capable of effectively managing a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters. Previous experience of handling part exchange cases and autonomously handling a workload with minimal supervision would be essential. Candidates with experience falling outside of the above specified bracket would also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
