A Legal 500 firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Reigate Office in Surrey. This is a long-established firm that have been steadily expanding the Commercial Property Department. They were listed amongst the top 200 Law Firms in the 2015 Lawyer UK Report 2015 and are one of the largest firms in Surrey. The firm have excellent staff retention rates and organise numerous social, sporting and charitable events. The firm have a strong reputation in the area and are receptive, responsive and friendly to their clients and colleagues.

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Reigate Office.

You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property and Land Development work, with early responsibilities to build and develop your own caseload. The department have been recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK amongst the leading South East law firms for Commercial Property. Their clients range from independent high street retailers to medical practices, sports club and significant property investment companies.

• You will be experienced in Commercial Property with at least 5 years PQE
• You will have a sound knowledge of commercial property and specialist real estate finance
• You will be keen to develop and participate in marketing activities for the Lending Team, the Department and the Office
• Salary of up to £40,000 with excellent benefits
