The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate & Projects Solicitor into their City of London office.

The Real Estate department is at the heart of the business, and subsequently is a major part of their client base. You will work with a wide-ranging client base from registered providers of social housing and care homes, through to large private developers. The role will specialise in site acquisition and development projects, section 106's, development agreements, conditional contracts, planning, highways and drainage and nomination agreements.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Real Estate and Projects Solicitor with between 2-7 years PQE
• You will have good experience of dealing the above areas; I will urge you to apply still
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package
