Wills and Probate Fee Earner

An established and leading Sheffield based law firm are looking for an experienced Fee Earner, either Solicitor, Legal Executive or non-qualified expert to join their Private Client team.

This is a new role due to expansion, and you would benefit from picking up an existing caseload to hand from the outset. You will be experienced in running your own busy caseload as well as being active in business development and familiar with Case Management.

The role will involve;

- Taking instructions from clients

- Providing in depth legal advice relating to Wills, Probate, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney matters

- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and work referrers

- Driving the firm and department forward through business development

- Assist in supervising more junior members of the team
