Employment Solicitor (0-2 Yrs. PQE)

Working closely with an established team of 13 staff, including 3 key Partners who are recognised in their field, the chosen Employment Solicitor will be involved in a breadth of Employment matters, making a significant contribution to the development of the Employment team which is award-winning. Work will include TUPE issues in transactional work (including due diligence) and on outsourcing Employment termination, including compromise and other settlement agreements, as well as taxation implications and avoidance. There will be an opportunity to gain experience of immigration and data protection issues.

The department is innovative and seeking to find ways of developing its offering and services to clients harnessing all modern technologies. The team is friendly and cohesive and is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, bright professional in response to increasing volumes of work. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients both local, national and international and it will be vital, the chosen candidate is willing to complete marketing and business development activities.

The successful candidate will have: -

- Solid experience/ broad understanding of legal principles as well as having worked in an established and recognised Employment Department.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Experience of training seminars and workshop programmes for employers will be an advantage.
- Commercial acumen.
