Commercial Property Legal Executive – Our clients are a modern, forward thinking practice that provides specialised legal services to private and corporate clients in central London.   

They have now asked us to find them a further commercial property legal executive to join them, assisting two partners with a busy HNW caseload. The ideal candidate will require 1-2 years relevant experience in the legal property sector and preferably with some knowledge of residential development acquisition and estate disposals, commercial tenancies and associated documentation for landlord portfolios. The department act and advise on a range of real estate matters, from complex acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and development to property management and lease extensions.
