Property Recovery Claims Solicitor

Solicitor or Legal Executive with a litigation background required to join a leading law firm in Birmingham.


Your new company
This an award winning law firm that employs over 2000 people which has one of the most comprehensive legal networks within the UK and around the world. They work with clients in a select range of industry sectors and are market leaders in health, insurance and real estate. Their Household and Commercial Recovery Team is now expanding and requires a Solicitor or Legal Executive with litigation experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be working within the Household and Commercial Recovery Team and initially be focused purely on subrogated property recovery claims. You'll have the opportunity to become involved in marketing and clients facing activities in order to build the business. At times there may be a requirement to undertake other claims within Claims Solutions Property Team. It is also expected you will achieve a minimum budgeted annual target of 1440 chargeable hours per year and handle confidential information in line with the firms data security.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive from a good background in litigation, running fast and multi-track claims to trial. You will also have excellent attention to deal with the ability to adopt a commercial perspective to claims settlement and be a team player / change oriented.
