Agricultural Law Solicitor

I'm looking to speak with Agricultural Law Solicitors who may be open to discussing a career opportunity with my highly respected Warwickshire based Legal 500 client.

My client has a longstanding excellent reputation, both locally in the Warwickshire area and more widely across the Midlands, within the Agricultural and Rural Services sector. Due to succession planning they are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with somewhere in the region of 3 years’ PQE upwards to join their Partner led team. You will pick up an existing full caseload of Agricultural Law work consisting largely of property based transactions including acquisitions and sales of farms, estates and land, property finance, restructuring of holdings, easements/utility and telecommunications leases, lettings, licenses and contract farming agreements. Due to the nature of the work and client-base, it is preferential that you will come from a background in Agricultural Law, though there is full support, supervision and on-going training available.     

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Agricultural Law Solicitor who wishes to develop their career long-term and work towards Partnership in the future. As the sector demands fostering long standing relationships with clients, the firm wishes to recruit an individual who will commit to the opportunity for the long-run and become a key member of both the team and the firm.
