Job Details
A well-established firm in Scunthorpe has a vacancy in its expanding property department for a solicitor with experience in both commercial and residential property. Our client is part of a national network of modern forward thinking law firms and deals with clients on both a local and national level. Due to their success, they are currently expanding their Property department so this is an exciting time for a solicitor to join a busy and successful team.
The Role
This role will involve you hitting the ground running with your own caseload under minimum supervision in a successful property department.
Your caseload will be mixed and will cover both Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing.
This will cover a broad range of files including sale and purchase, landlord and tenant, investment properties, newbuild, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
The Candidate
For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property work and are capable of running your own mixed caseload.
Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
