Our clients, a Legal 500 firm on the Kent/South London border who act for a multitude of retailers, entrepreneurial businesses, developers and investors on a range of matters now need a further NQ commercial property solicitor with 0-12 months’ relevant experience in commercial property matters. Working under the supervision of the HOD, you will be running a busy caseload of commercial property files including,  land development, landlord and tenant transactions, purchase and sale of business and investment properties along with general commercial conveyancing.

They are looking for a team player who is willing to go the extra mile in promoting and marketing the firm, whilst delivering the highest standards of client care.
