In-house Employment Lawyer

My client are a leading provider of HR and Employment Law support to recognisable household brands across the UK. They are looking for a specialist Employment Lawyer to join their small but busy legal team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be at least 2 years PQE, preferably with in-house or some secondment experience. You must have demonstrable experience of offering Respondent legal support, and you will also need to have worked for a heavily unionised business or have a proven track record of proving employment law advice to trade unions.

As my client specialises in offering legal support on large scale, strategic employment projects, such as mass redundancies or mergers/TUPEs, the successful Employment Lawyer will need to be able to demonstrate strong skills in these areas of employment law.

This role involves frequent travel around the UK to visit clients and offer them on-site support and training so you will need to be flexible to travel and capable of handling large cases with a high degree of autonomy.
