Locum Education

An excellent opportunity for a Locum Education Solicitor has arisen in for a busy and successful Local Authority legal team based in Cambridgeshire. The assignment is offered on an on-going basis with an initial period of 3 months.

The successful applicant will have a thorough knowledge of education law and will have managed their own busy caseload in a Local Government environment.

The duties on a day-to-day basis are as follows;

• Handling a caseload of complex legal matters Ordinary Residence, School Appeals and Exclusions
• Attending and advising on SEN Tribunals and Judicial Reviews
• Advising on Education legal matters
• Clerking school appeals matters

The position offers a daily rate of £220 - £259 which will be dependant on experience.
