This large international law firm is seeking two commercially-minded lawyers to join its thriving UK corporate practice. The team's core work consists of a wide range of private M&A, joint venture, corporate real estate, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters for a variety of UK-based and international clients. They work closely with our global network of offices and therefore many of their transactions involve cross-border or multi-jurisdictional aspects.

The role would be based in the Firm's Surrey office as part of a single corporate practice that works seamlessly with the London group and would involve spending time in London on a regular basis. The corporate practice in both locations undertakes high-profile, high-value City and international work.

The successful candidates will have excellent academics, have experience at the well-regarded UK or international firm and have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate law.
