Conveyancing Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 + per annum – Salary negotiable dependent on experience

Hours: 9.00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday

Lifetime Legal is a busy & fast expanding law firm based near Stamford, Lincolnshire and we are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor to join our friendly team.

The growing residential team are looking to acquire an ambitious individual who can make an immediate impact and who has the goal of progressing within the firm. Lifetime Legal are in the position to offer a Training Contract to the right applicant with full training provided in other fields.

Requirements:-

•Responsible for managing a busy and varied case load of files to include running sale and purchase, re-mortgages and transfer of equity files under supervision

•Deal with enquiries raised by other solicitors

•Deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls in order to update Clients & deal with queries where possible and to take detailed messages and instructions

•Work on system generated prompts, instructions and be able to prioritise work

•Undertake administrative duties including attending to and advising clients under supervision, drafting letters, preparing all forms of contracts, freehold and leasehold title reports and all other documents relating to the Conveyancing transaction

The successful conveyancing paralegal will have at least 2 years residential conveyancing experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, fee earner or licensed conveyancer.
