Commercial Litigation NQ Solicitor - Leeds

Our client is a niche but rapidly growing Yorkshire firm acting for national insurers, SME and OMB clients on a range of contentious issues.

One of the firms core offerings is commercial litigation, and they are now looking to add another solicitor to the team to their Leeds office, ideally at the NQ-5 PQE level.

The caseload includes both fast track and multi track varied matters including contract disputes, debt, professional negligence, property disputes, product liability, IP, and even possible insurance disputes - a really mixed bag. Communication skills are of paramount importance - the ability to offer excellent service to clients and to build rapport - so aside from technical experience the firm want to find the 'right person' for what is quite an exposed role.

The firms work is sourced regionally within Yorkshire and across the north, but also nationally and the firm has an innovative business model and a good client base. They're well managed and well resourced firm and this is an exciting time to join them in their continued growth and success.
