EL/PL Litigation Executive

Are you a qualified EL/PL Litigation Executive (2-4 years’ PQE) looking to handle an EL/PL caseload at a successful, friendly firm based in south Manchester?

This is an opportunity for you an EL/PL Litigation Executive to join an ambitious and forward thinking personal injury law firm and handle a mixed caseload of 150-170 pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL matters consisting of high value fast track and multi-track matters. In addition, you will be responsible for a small amount of litigated RTA matters.

You will likely be an experienced EL/PL Litigation Executive (Legal Executive or Solicitor) with 2-4 years’ experience within a claimant environment. You must have experience in handling your own litigated EL/PL caseload, and be able to demonstrate a strong billing record each month. Experience in handling multi track matters is desirable.
