LPC Graduate - Banking Litigation Paralegal

Your new company
This high-end advisory business provides expert and customer-focused services to corporate clients in relation to complex financial claims management. This growing team is now looking for a driven and ambitious fee earner to initially support on a busy workload in a fast-paced environment due to the increase in mis-sold interest rate hedging products.

Your new role
This is an opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a commercial environment and expand your experience in financial products and the banking sector. Working closely with a team of expert consultants providing advice to corporates in relation to financial claims, you will be primarily responsible for assisting on files around mis-sold financial products as you develop your own caseload.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an LPC graduate with a strong academic background ideally within banking / financial services law; previous paralegal experience in-house or with a law firm would be advantageous. You will be proactive with excellent communication skills as you will be in a client facing role managing your own caseload. Above all, you must have a keen interest in finance and banking with a passion for developing your legal career as part of a growing business
