Job Details
As an In-house Advocate, you will work as part of a national network of advocates where you will represent clients and departments undertaking advocacy in hearings, particularly in relation to personal injury/RTA cases together with a smaller amount of civil litigation.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced litigator to deal with a broad range of cases without the responsibility of fee earning or billing targets.
It is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx Advocate with extensive advocacy experience, preferably gained in personal injury. Higher Rights of Audience would be advantageous but not essential.
