Job Details

Small multi-office high street firm with a strong commercial focus and regional reputation are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing department.

You will be joining a small department and be focusing on areas such as unpaid debt recovery, eviction and property disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and insolvency claims as well as managing a small civil litigation caseload also. The role is to work closely with a director of the firm and you will be involved with the expansion of the department as there is a large amount of work in place with more work in the pipeline.

This is an autonomous role and you will be expected to deal with a varied caseload that you will find fluctuates regularly so you won't be 'pinned down' to one area within commercial litigation. You will have plenty of opportunity to meet with the local client base and extend your reputation. Whilst the bulk of this work is Commercial Litigation, there will also be a mix of commercial contracts and professional negligence work.

This role will suit a NQ - 4 Year PQE Solicitor and will pay circa £30k - £35k plus benefits & bonus. You will also receive great training and have plenty of progression opportunities placed in front of you. Please call Nick Skelly at QED Legal for more information.
