Fantastic opportunity to work In House for a national property developer and deal with a high calibre of work on residential development matters. Based in the heart of Lancashire you will be working as part of an In House group legal team.

Ideally you will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years' PQE and have gained experience of dealing with land acquisition and development work. You will be dealing with complexities such as S106 agreements, conditional contracts and infrastructure agreements as well as dealing with elements of planning law.

This company have a national property portfolio with developments ranging up to £multi-million in value so prior experience of dealing with these values would prove to be a distinct advantage. Applicants from an In House and Private Practice background will be accepted for this position and with training provided to those not used to the 'In House' environment this will provide you with a great opportunity to develop your career further.
