Property Lawyer

The extensive and varied caseload includes commercial property, with some residential conveyancing, plus private client work, including landlord and tenant. This position has arisen due to continued successes and growth of the department and excellent volume of property caseload. It's expected the chosen Property Lawyer will be keen on developing the existing contacts generated by the firm, while also taking part in developing new business and networking. You'll be personable and confident when dealing with clients face to face.

For this role, our client is looking for professionals with at least 3 years' PQE. You will be joining an established Real Estate team with an already existing case-load where you can expect to service commercial and residential development property matters. The firm are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual with strong academics. You will be a personable professional who is looking for a long-term career (with realistic scope for Partner status) within a supportive and friendly working environment.
