Recognised as one of the largest commercial practices in its region, the rapidly expanding firm with offices in both Cambridge and London is offering the opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the firm's Cambridge office.

Your new role
You will join the firm's property team who have a strong reputation for commercial property, acting for national, international and local clients. The role will sit in the firm's Cambridge office, who deal with a wide range of property transactions including: investment, strategic land and development, corporate support, funding and landlord and tenant matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a 1-2 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer ideally from a medium sized regional law firm, with a good technical knowledge and experience of commercial landlord and tenant work, commercial sales and purchases
