An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable firm in Carmarthen as a commercial property solicitor.
The ideal candidate will:
•Have a broad range of general commercial property experience, with 3-5 years PQE.
•Have a good level of knowledge and competency across all mainstream areas of commercial property law.
•Have a desire to expand the business through business development opportunities and networking with other professionals.
•Be able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
•Be a team player.
The role will include:
•Commercial leases & lease renewals.
•Acquisition & sale of commercial premises.
•Rent reviews.
•Dilapidation issues.
•Tenancy agreements.
•Conditional contracts.
•Property related joint venture agreements.
•Licenses.
•SIPP & SSAS work.
