Family Solicitor

Due to continued growth and success, the award-winning Private Client see a motivated Family Solicitor. The successful Family Solicitor will be joining one of the best Family departments in the South East - Known to have a compassionate yet robust outlook, they do fantastically well, whilst also employing some of best experts in their field. This role is guaranteed to offer the finest work and grade A client exposure.

Focusing on a breadth of Private Divorce, Family and Children matters, the team contains breadth of experience that attracts a variety of high-profile cases, advising high-net-worth clients on their divorce or separation, foreign assets, pensions and pre-nuptial agreements. The successful candidate would have their own clients, advising on all matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage, civil partnership or unmarried relationship- both financial and child centred issues. Good academics are essential but equally important, is having a holistic and pragmatic approach and to be a team player, since the role would also involve assisting partners in the team. There will be ample opportunity for the chosen Family Solicitor to help further grow the department/ client base through business developments initiatives.

Applications are invited from self-motivated and commercially-aware Family Solicitors who ideally have2-4 years PQE and have worked in a similar well-regarded department, with High Net Worth clients. It is essential that candidates have a strong academic background with an intelligent and understanding approach to Family work. Good time management and IT skills also required.
