Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join this stable practice in Greater Manchester and work as part of a successful department with steady plans to progress further.

You will ideally be a 4 Year PQE+ Solicitor who has experience of dealing with both Clinical Negligence and Industrial Disease work. You will be dealing with a fully litigated caseload and be managing predominantly Multi-Track matters. You will be dealing with Clinical Negligence work such as birth & brain injuries, misdiagnosis, orthopaedic claims and cosmetic surgery claims as well as and Industrial Disease work consisting on complex deafness and lung disease claims, however may also gain exposure to Multi-Track EL/PL work.

Ideally you will need to hit the ground running and have the ability to work unsupervised on a full caseload. Prior experience of Multi-Track work and litigation is essential for this role. You will be working as a small team that regularly assist with each others work and share a great team spirit. Based in central Bolton you will have local transport links and parking.
