A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing and already well regarded Commercial Property team in Liverpool city centre.

In line with the continued success of the Commercial Property team across the firms' offices they are looking to augment the expanding department with the hire of an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (guideline circa 3 - 7 years PQE) who has gained excellent Commercial Property experience as part of a leading regional or mid tier national firm.

The close knit team services a diverse client base (SME's, national and multi-national companies, local and public authorities) on all Commercial Property matters they face (working closely with the Construction team) and candidates with a diversity of experience are most desired.

The firm offers a competitive salary (to £55k) and package combined with excellent quality work within a structured and friendly team and this represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to take the next step in their career.
