Our casework covers serious, sensitive and complex work with our prosecutors regularly in the news fronting our successful prosecutions. CPS South East prosecutes cases investigated by Kent, Surrey and Sussex Police and our close working relationship with the police translates into around eight out of ten prosecutions ending in conviction.
We are currently looking for exceptional lawyers to help us deliver justice and support victims and witnesses. The role is varied, challenging and rewarding. You will review, provide advice on and present cases at the magistrates’ courts and spend much of your working week in courts around the county you are based.
