Senior Planning and Highway Lawyer

We are seeking to appoint a Planning and Highway Lawyer to our Corporate and Regulatory Team. The successful candidate will be a qualifi ed Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive and will ideally have recent experience in both areas, gained within a Local Authority. They will be a good team player, used to working alongside other legal professionals and to providing an excellent legal service. The post holder will undertake a full range of planning, highway and regulatory related matters including Planning

Committees, Inquiries, enforcement and conservation, drafting and negotiating s106, s278 & s38 Agreements with an opportunity to undertake project related work.
