Private Client Solicitor OR Legal Executive (Full time or Part Time) - Up to £40,000

Our Client is now in the fortunate position to be recruiting either a Private Client Solicitor OR Legal Executive (CFILEX) to their growing team based in Greater Manchester.  The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified or working towards this qualification and possess considerable knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA's and elderly client issues along with working a busy caseload of these matters. Knowledge of tax planning would also be advantageous and a proven history of contentious matters strongly desirable. 

In return the company offer the opportunity to work either full time or part time hours.  Candidates are also encouraged to apply if they also have a family law background as a split Private Client / Family caseload will also be considered.
