As an NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as contract disputes, property litigation (boundary/land disputes), professional negligence, corporate and insurance-related disputes, commercial fraud, product liability, construction and commercial lease disputes.

Your role as an NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:
