Job Details
Legal 500 law firm offering a warm, welcoming, and friendly working environment to a Family & Childcare Legal Secretary with recent family or childcare experience. You will be based in the firms’ recently refurbished Chesterfield office. Your role as a Family & Childcare Legal Secretary will be to provide a full secretarial service within the family department to a team of fee earners.
You will be efficient in audio/copy typing and must have experience using case management software. This is a busy and demanding department so it is important that you are able to prioritise your workload so ability to work under pressure is essential. Your key duties in this Family & Childcare Legal Secretary role will include:
- Audio/copy typing
- Digital dictation
- Liaising with clients, both face to face and over the phone
- Diary management
- Preparing/drafting legal documents
- Carrying out searches
