The role

My client is a hugely successful firm, with most of its departments ranking as some of the best in the South East. This includes Corporate Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, Employment, Insurance and Personal Injury, IP, and Media. Moving to a practice of this calibre will guarantee a leading role and excellent exposure. In addition, the quality of work is second to none.

The Clinical Negligence team is filled with claimant specialists and holds some outstanding individuals. Working alongside a team so well-regarded will assist in personal and professional development, as well as being able to work on quality and complex claims.

The candidate

Applications are invited from commercially minded and forward-thinking clinical negligence solicitors who have between two-and-a-half and five years’ PQE, and ideally experience with cases involving cerebral palsy. However, this is by no means essential.
