Job Details
A long established, well renowned Personal Injury specialist based in Merseyside, specialising in RTA, EL/PL, Clinical Negligence and Serious/Catastrophic claims, due to their development and growth, is now looking for an experienced addition to their Personal Injury team.
Due to the continued success of their litigation department, they are looking for a Personal Injury fee earer (NQ level +) with experience of handling litigated files, (either as a paralegal or during training) to handle your own caseload of predominantly litigated Personal Injury files.
You will be an NQ+ Personal Injury Solicitor with demonstrable fee earning experience in personal injury matters. You will manage an autonomous caseload of fast and multi-track Personal Injury cases, from exiting the portal through to conclusion (settlement/trial), with little or no supervision. You must be comfortable running your own litigated files and enjoy working in a busy, target driven environment, where performance is competitively rewarded.
Real opportunities to progress and develop exist for those with true aspirations to manage teams and supervise/train junior fee earners and paralegals.
