I have a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a Chambers-recommended, Top 100 firm at its office in Birmingham. 

The salary and benefits package is competitive and negotiable, with it dependent upon experience.

The role

This national, heavyweight practice acts for many national retailers, developers, and investors. The team is well respected and has a number of experienced partners and solicitors, who are Legal 500 recommended.

The successful legal candidate will work on behalf of developer clients within the company’s Real Estate Development team. It is essential that you have strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.

The candidate

My client is looking for ambitious real estate solicitors with at least two years’ PQE. Applications will also be considered from solicitors specialising in residential development, who have a genuine desire to move into commercial law.
