The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: Tonbridge
Contract Type: Locum Assignment

Our highly accredited client has been established for over 100 years and is leading firms in Kent. This busy general practice are seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their team ASAP to cover an illness for 1 month. The role would suit an experienced residential conveyancer who is technically competent and available to commence on the 26th of June.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of matters which will include:

  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Residential tenancy agreements

Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have at least 5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property matters. Ideally the successful applicant will have gained experience working with case management systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join this firm on a full time locum basis.
