Probate Solicitor

With a client base of over 6000 this high tech Surrey firm is always busy.  They now have an opportunity for a suitably qualified CLC Probate Practitioner, Legal Executive or Solicitor – with or without STEP or SFE qualifications. An experienced candidate who did not have these qualifications should not be discouraged from applying.  The successful candidate would also need to continue to promote the Private Client work of the firm (support would be given).

IT skills are essential as the firm do not have secretarial support.  As one of the first firms in the country to utilise technology they now have a very streamlined operation using the Redbrick case management system, which covers all the firm’s areas of law. Candidates need to be content at a keyboard although not necessarily familiar with that software package as full training will be given. 

Salary will reflect experience.  Commission arrangements can be negotiated in addition to salary with the right applicant and the ability to take an equity share in the firm is available to the right applicant.
